Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step facilitation program for anyone struggling with hurts, habits, or hangu-ps of any kind. It is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that can control our lives. The 12 steps (with accompanying scriptures) and the 8 principles (based on the Beatitudes) offer participants a clear path to salvation and discipleship bringing hope and freedom. FIRST CHURCH CARES

Sometimes we really need each other, maybe for a little encouragement or, occasionally, a helping hand. Sometimes we just need others to pray for us. First Church knows and understands the importance of sharing life together...in good times and bad. Therefore, we offer support groups, home visits for shut-ins, crisis intervention and emergency care in times of need.

We also offer encouragement and spiritual guidance for people who are going through the pain of divorce, unemployment, financial difficulties, or life-change uncertainties. First Church partners with Southwestern Christian Counseling Services and offers 2 complimentary visits for attending church members. In times of crisis, you may also call our 24-hour emergency hotline: 866-695-0501.
