EMMANUEL

“Emmanuel” means “God with us”—the stunning truth that God did not stay distant but came near in Jesus. In His birth, God revealed His heart and His character in a way we could see, hear, and trust. Through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection, He came to rescue us from sin, breaking the power of guilt and shame. And He is still at work restoring what’s broken—healing hearts, mending relationships, and renewing hope. Emmanuel reminds us that we are never alone; God has come close, and His presence changes everything.

CHRISTMAS OFFERING

God sent Jesus into the world to be a transformative power among us. Jesus came to lead us to the Father and to restore God’s original plan for our lives. At First Church, we pursue that same mission—Restoring God’s Ideal—through outreach, leadership, caring ministries, missions, and more.

This year, our Year-End Christmas Offering will be divided between The Restoration House and New Heights CCDA.

The Restoration House (our men’s transitional home) offers more than a place to stay—it’s a sanctuary where men can rebuild their lives, regain purpose, and establish a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

New Heights CCDA serves our neighbors through practical, relational ministries—connecting families with food support, community resources, and pathways to long-term wholeness.

As you plan your year-end giving, please prayerfully consider a generous offering above your regular giving to help us bring hope and restoration to our community.
