Schedule your request dates in the Communications Hub

Information below will be promoted via:
Pulse, Slide, Social Media Post, Social Media Reel, eConnect, Host Spot, Website Events page and/or Website Ministry Page

Updates are made on MONDAYS. Any information submitted any later than 8am Monday morning, will not be promoted.

eConnect information is pulled on the WEDNESDAY MORNING prior to the Friday the eConnect is scheduled to be sent.. Be sure each article includes: Title, Day, Date,Time, Location, 2-4 sentences about the group or event, Contact Name, Email, Phone #, Registration Information, graphic (if you have one)

If you have a CHANGE in an article that has been running, highlight the changed wording (example: room number change, time/date change, etc.)

BE SURE TO SUBMIT A TICKET VIA CLICKUP IF YOU NEED A VIDEO RECORDED, GRAPHIC DESIGNED, WEBSITE PAGE UPDATED, etc.
